These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern your purchase of products, services, or subscriptions offered through WataChat, developed and operated by Afronector (“we,” “our,” “us”). By making a purchase on WataChat, you agree to these Terms in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
To make a purchase, you must:
Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
Provide valid and accurate billing and payment information.
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payments must be made using accepted payment methods (e.g., credit card, mobile money, online payment gateways).
By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.
Some services may be offered on a subscription basis.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription anytime via your account settings.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
Creator Earnings: At times, fans or supporters may pay creators directly without including applicable platform fees. In such cases, WataChat reserves the right to deduct the necessary platform fees before creators are able to withdraw their funds.
Product & Ticket Sales: If customers purchase products, tickets, or other items without paying the associated platform fees at checkout, WataChat may charge the relevant fees to the seller at the point of withdrawal or settlement.
By using WataChat to sell products, services, or receive support payments, you agree to these fee adjustment terms.
Refunds are only issued where required by law or as explicitly stated in a specific product/service description.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at info@afronector.com within 7 days of the transaction.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of misuse or violation of our Terms of Use.
Digital services, credits, or features will be delivered to your WataChat account upon successful payment.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
You agree not to use fraudulent payment methods or engage in chargeback abuse. Any such activity may result in account suspension or legal action.
We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting, with the updated date above. Continued purchases after changes means you accept the revised terms.
